Mangat Trading Co. Pvt. Ltd has constantly endeavored to improve its product and service quality standards for its esteemed customers. In accordance with this ethos, with great pleasure we take the opportunity to inform you that since January 2013 Mangat Trading Co. Pvt. Ltd., has developed capabilities to supply Cut and Bent rebars for ready use at project site(s) Service Center at Faridabad, Haryana. The supplies of Cut and Bent material would be made from the company’s state-of-the-art and modern Service Center at Prithla, Faridabad, Haryana. The above initiative would be beneficial for our customers in terms of the following:
1. Reduction in Costs:
- Zero scrap generation and no concerns regarding pilferage.
- Reduction in inventory and working capital.
- Education in labor, power, maintenance and rework costs.
- Less handling of materials and better space utilization.
- Minimum wastage on site.
2. Improvement in Overall Quality of Construction:
- Consistent quality products designed right at the source.
- Accurate fabrication of rebars in all shapes, as per BIS codes, resulting in easy
- fixing on site.
- Traceability of products during fabrication and fixing, with mill test certificates.
3. Reliability of Steel Supplies and Faster Project Completion:
- Ready inventories at Service Center for emergency requirements.
- No delays due to steel non-availability.
- Lesser dependence on labour at site leading to better site management.
- Higher labour productivity as labour would be required for only fixing and tying activity.
To derive all the above benefits, it is extremely important that the structural consultants for the project/s are able to finalise designs / drawings in advance. A person should be nominated from your team, who shall work out the Bar Bending Schedules and provide it to us. To manage emergencies, we do our best to organize deliveries with shorter lead times on case to case basis.
