Mr. Chaman Lal Gupta, Founder of the Mangat steel pvt ltd is born in Atawla village in Panipat district of Haryana. Having interest in self entrepreneur from a young age, in 1978 he started his entrepreneurial career by founding his first trading firm with the name of Jagdish Rai Chaman Lal (Mangat) which is dealing in trading of Iron and Steel products. To set a vision he gathered the latest marketing experience from around the steel industry and strengthened his entrepreneur establishment. In 2004.
